9:00 AM - 10:00 AM    Gentle Chair Yoga on the Lawn - Gentle Chair Yoga
Register now for the next 5-week session is about to begin! Explore mindfulness and Yoga postures using the support of a chair with both seated and some optional chair supported standing postures. Chair Yoga is great for improving strength and flexibility as well as decreasing stress. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or beach towel  to place under the chair as well as a beach towel prop to use for resting/relaxation. Physical distancing guidelines are to be followed including keeping at least 6 feet distance from others and wearing a facial covering when arriving and departing. For the safety of all, do not come to class if you are not feeling well. Class will be held outside with spaces clearly marked. We will be using the Rec department's chairs that will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before use.  Class is taught by Mindy of Mindy Muse Yoga.
