Total Body Bootcamp & Wellness
Join us at Silas Perkins Park for a complete workout for all fitness levels! Classes will incorporate cardio, strength, Pilates, stretching and a core focus to achieve a well balanced exercise experience. A combination of mat work, weights & bands will be used during this class. Please bring your own equipment. Class is taught by Sue Metevier.
