Zumba is a fun way to get in shape! ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. Experience the joy of dancing by joining instructor Diane Anderson in our new line dance class at the Kennebunkport Recreation Building. Need something for your child to do on those Early Release Wednesdays?Send them with us for an afternoon adventure! Each date we will have something fun for the kids to do.  It might be entertainment or show, science project, art project, gaming fun ro so much more.
