NH Flume Gorge & Cannon Mountain Scenic Tram Register View Cart

The flume is a natural gorge extending 800 feet at the base of Mount Liberty in Franconia Notch State Park. This stunning natural wonder will leave you spellbound as you stroll the path from the Visitors Center to the Flume and back. Along the way, you'll see towering moss-covered granite walls, cascading waterfalls, historic covered bridges, glacial pools & boulders and much more. There is a boardwalk that you will walk along but there is a good amount of stairs, please make sure this is something you are comfortable with and have sturdy footwear.

The Flume Gorge surrounds our Visitors Center where you can experience the historic wonder of Franconia Notch State Park in high definition, enjoy a meal or light snack and browse our selection of New Hampshire made products.

After, we will head to the Cannon Mountain Tram, a short gondola ride to the top of Cannon Mountain that offers an observatory deck with amazing views of the White Mountains at peak foliage. 

We will stop on the way there and the way back for restrooms, snacks, coffee, etc. 

*Please bring your own lunch or plan to purchase at the Visitors Center.
