Kayak the Kennebunk River

Come enjoy a relaxing paddle on the river where 100 foot long ships were once built and launched. Learn something of the rich maritime history of the Kennebunks while getting to know the river which both divides and connects our communities.

Each clinic begins with a dry land safety talk and basic kayak handling instruction followed by approximately 1.5 hours on the river. Clinics are geared toward beginners but more experienced paddlers are welcome. A bathing suit, water shoes or sandals (not flip flops), towel and water bottle are recommended. 

Kayak, paddle, and pfd included.

When: July 25th, 5:30-7:30pm
Where: Meet at the Grist Mill
