Paddleboarding and Paddleboard Yoga (approx 1.5 hrs)

Learn/strengthen paddling skills. This session will start with some basic paddling strokes and approximately 30 minutes of paddling followed by approximately 45 minutes of an anchored paddleboard yoga class.

No prior experience necessary! Must be able to swim.

Pre-registration and a completed waiver is required. 

When: Wednesday, July 24th 5:30-7:00pm
Cost: $45/person. Cost includes paddling tour, sup yoga class, board, paddle, pdf, leash and yoga anchor.  
Limit to 9 participants
Where: Kennebunk River (meet at Grist Mill)
