Smartphone Photography Workshop

While Smartphones can be overwhelming to new users, once they are mastered they can be a powerful and irreplaceable tool in our everyday lives. This workshop is designed to be interactive and hands on, so we will have plenty of time for questions, demonstrations, and lots of discussion about how to use this tool! Together we will learn about the basics of Smartphone photography including how to use your camera application, how to edit photos in your phone, and how to share your photos with loved ones. At the end of class, you will take home a packet with all of the information you need to continue capturing those special moments. 

When: Sunday, May 19th 1-3pm
Where: Rec Building, 20 Recreation Way in Kennebunkport
How much: $18/person. Min 10 participants to run this class. 

About the Instructor:
Regan Chase is an image maker living and working in Southern Maine. She earned her BFA in photography from Maine College of Art in 2014 and has years of experience teaching in experiential education programs. In her own artistic practice, Regan utilizes both film and digital photography as well as digital video and sound. Currently she works at Maine Photo Works in Portland assisting local artists, photographers, and others in high quality scanning and archival printing services.
