Fine Italian Cooking Workshop
How often have you eaten out at an Italian restaurant and wished you could re-create those same fantastic meals at home? Now you can!
This workshop will teach you just that--how to cook amazing Italian appetizers, soups and entrées in your own kitchen. Not only that, you will learn about the region the dish comes from, what wines would pair best with the meal, taste it along the way, and bring home the recipe. In addition to teaching you how to properly prepare some of your favorite Italian recipes, we will also unveil those Italian cooking "mysteries" that baffle most people, like what "al dente" means, why there different pasta shapes, and why Italians eat their salad with their meal.
About the Instructor:
Jeffrey Lundgren is a food-loving, professionally-trained chef with over thirty years experience in culinary arts and the food service industry all over Greater Boston, the South Shore, and the Merrimack Valley. He is the owner of CHEFreyl.com where he fulfills his dream of offering in home cooking classes, meal prep, and meal planning for events or private parties. Learn more about him here:
