Regular walking, a favorite exercise for senior citizens, is one of the most effective forms of physical activity that delivers substantial health benefits and improves heart health, says the American Heart Association.

Join our walking club this summer to benefit from participating in a healthy activity while being able to socialize with your peers. Various trails and connections will be utilized so that no two walks are the same.

Locations include: The Eastern Trail, Wells Reserve at Laudholm, The Emmons Preserve, The Kennebunk Bridal path, The Rachel Carson Preserve, and more!
